After Eye Examinations to determine whether you will be a good candidate for LASIK surgery, you will have a consultation with our expert LASIK counselor. Please come visit us to get your eyes checked, and for you to check our clinic facility out!

iLASIK

For One Eye ：　￥185,000 (Incl. Tax)
For Both Eyes　 ：　￥350,000 (Incl. Tax)

intraLASIK / EPI-LASIK / PRK

For One Eye ：　￥160,000 (Incl. Tax)
For Both Eyes　 ：　￥300,000 (Incl. Tax)

Phackic IOL
￥250,000 (Incl. Tax) per eye.
Please make payment on your Intra-Ocular Lenses in advance at the time you scheduled your surgery date.

NearVisionCK (Presbyopia / Aging Eye treatment )
￥150,000 (Incl. Tax) per one surgery procedure.

Whether you may have more or less RF spots to complete your one time procedure, the surgery fee is the same. If your vision changed as the presbyopia progresses, additional treatment will be fully charged as another CK procedure. (Please see the NearVisionCK treatment web page for more details.)

We offer Post-Operative Check-Up and Consultations scheduled as indicated below for free.

LASIK: The next day, 1 week after, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

EPI-LASIK: The next day, 3 days, 1 week after, 3 weeks, 5 weeks,
2 months, 3 months, 4 months, 5 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

PhakicIOL: The next day, 2 days, 5 days, 10days, 20days,
1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year.

Free of Charge
for those post-op check-ups as many as you may come in.

The prescription drugs at our clinic is
