Q. Please tell us why/how you decided to have LASIK. |
 |
| A. Eye glasses and contact lenses
were uncomfortable; I needed to wear glasses or contact lenses
to drive at night. In addition, I wanted to watch sports and
television without using contact lenses or glasses. Now that
I had LASIK, I can see extremely well while driving at night.
I can play racquet ball and ride my bike without using contact
lenses. |
| Q. Please
tell us why do you decided to have LASIK done at the Kobe Clinic. |
 |
| A. The staff is very professional.
Also, when I had questions regarding my LASIK surgery, their
staff provided someone to translate into English. They answered
all of my questions. I had a thorough eye exam before and after
LASIK. The LASIK surgery went well. I communicated with the
staff by e-mail as well. |
| Q. Please
tell us the day of your operation ( pain, anxiety, how our stuff
treated you, impression on Kobe Clinic. ) |
 |
| A. I was relaxed and felt comfortable
on the day of the surgery. I used my I-POD to listen to some
relaxing musics. Kobe’s staff explained the entire LASIK procedure.
They also did a wonderful job explaining post LASIK procedures
including night-time eye goggles I was supposed to wear while
sleeping ). |
| Q. Please
tell us how LASIK improved your quality of life. |
 |
| A. The office is in a good location.
I am satisfied with the Kobe Clinic, therefore, I don’t have
any concerns, or questions at this time. I will recommend friends
to have their LASIK surgery at Kobe Clinic. |
