Q. Please share your LASIK experience with Kobe Clinic.
A. I got my first pair of glasses at the age of twelve. I was amazed at how much detail I could see and realized how much I had been missing.? I couldn't believe that others who did not wear glasses could see as well as I!? During my teen years, my eyesight became progressively worse.? Annual eye examinations always meant a stronger prescription with new and expensive frames. By age 20 I began wearing hard contact lenses and switched to soft contact lenses about 15 years ago.? I wore both hard and soft contact lenses very comfortably but recently began to tire of the expense and the inconvenience.? I hated waking up and just seeing a blur each morning.? Thanks to Lasik surgery, that is no longer a problem. The Lasik surgery at Kobe Clinic was simple, quick, painless, and the most important and rewarding thing I've done for myself in years! The freedom I feel is beyond words.? After years of glasses and contacts, it was nothing less than a miracle to me to be able to see across the room immediately after surgery!? My vision is so much better than it was with my contacts.
