| Q. Please tell us why/how you decided to have LASIK. |
 |
| A.My vision has always been challenged, and I had to accept using glasses and contact lenses. Especially for sports and travel of any kind, I felt bothered with inconveniences. |
| Q. Please
tell us Why did you decide to have LASIK done at Kobe Clinic? |
 |
A.Deciding to visit Kobe Clinic in Hiroo was a small thing, but the decision of having LASIK was big. During my first visit to the clinic I was overwhelmed with the professionalism of all staffs, from accessing my ability to have LASIK, to explaining the potential risks and the surgery procedure, to the surgery check-ups.
I was further very impressed with Kobe Clinic’s choice to cater for non-Japanese speakers. English speaking staffs are available and will ‘hold your hand’ during all appointments, including the surgery itself. |
| Q. Please
tell us the day of your operation. |
 |
| A.On the day of surgery, I was 95% excited and 5% nervous. During the surgery every step was explained to me and I felt no pain, but of course some anxiety. Following the surgery my vision was blurry, and when I woke up the following morning I could see everything. My vision is now better than it ever was with contact lenses, and without challenges. |
| Q. How
did LASIK improve your quality of life? |
 |
| A.I can now do everything I chooses, I am not limited from any events including sports, bad weather is no longer a hassle, and I do not get tired eyes during work or travel.
LASIK is the best I have done in terms of improving my quality of life.
Thank you Kobe Clinic! |
