A.I decided to have LASIK because I hated wearing glasses and contacts.  I usually wear contacts, but it becomes very troublesome when travelling and tends to dry out after wearing them for long hours.  My vision is incredibly bad and I cant function daily without contacts or glasses.

A.On the day of the operation I wasn't nervous at all.  But when I entered the surgery room, I became very nervous.  The staff was very friendly and helped me through the entire surgery process.  There was no pain at all.
