| Q. Please tell us why/how you decided to have LASIK. |
|
A.I have always been dreaming to have LASIK-and one day my husband called me up at work, and we decided to have a consultation. At that time we had two choices of the clinics.

| Q. Please tell us why you decided to have LASIK done at the Kobe Clinic. |
|
A.Compared with other clinics, Kobe Clinic provides English consultation, and we believed that helped us to have a thorough understanding of the consultation so that we could make our decisions better; almost all clinics claimed that they had the most advanced equipment imported from the U.S., but KC's price was lower than other clinics we were looking at, while the number of patients treated at KC was much higher, including professional sports people and celebrities. So we visited KC first-it turned out that we never went to try other clinics because we just felt right about KC, and we trust the people.

| Q. Please tell us the day of your operation(pain,anxiety,how our staff treated you, impression on Kobe Clinic,etc.). |

A.The day of the operation was a big day for us, but both my husband and I felt that the operation was easier than the examination. Of course we were nervous, but it was so quick and we were encouraged during the whole procedure. Staff in KC provided us the support that we exactly needed at the very moment. The pain, more precisely, the uncomfort, on the day of the procedure was exactly what we have been told during the consultation. Therefore there is nothing out of expectation, except that we were quite surprised at how fast our eyes recover.

| Q.Please tell us how LASIK improved your quality of life. |

| A.There is too much to tell...first of all, our vision was much better than when we were wearing glasses or contact lenses. We could see so much details of objects far away that we felt the whole world has changed. We went to department stores look at those fashionable sunglasses that we always wanted-now we could have any style we like. I wake up every morning with a clear vision of every detail of the room, and when I need some water in the mid-night I do not have to look for my glasses first. It is still too good to be true that my eye sight is perfect now but I guess eventually I will get used to it. Life has completely changed for there is so much to look at, which we have ignored for years. |
