As you exit the JR 「Ebisu Station」 station West / Nishi Guchi Exit, proceed on Komazawa-dori towards Shibuya-bashi using the crossing bridge for pedestrians. Take the bridge across Meiji Dori, and keep going up hill about 200m, until you reach the Ramen Noodle Shop "Tsukumo Ramen". You will see the Ebisu Prime Square Building on your right.

• * For the patients who visit on Sundays/Holidays: The Main Entrance of Ebisu Prime Square Building is closed on Sundays / Holidays. Please go around the left side of the building and enter from the side entrance.

Take the South/Minami-guchi Exit from Kokura Station. Proceed into the Honcho-Dori Shotengai, the shopping mall arcades. Turn right at 「Yoshinoya」 then turn left at 「Matsumoto Kiyoshi」 and go straight. At the next traffic light, cross the street, turn right and walk towards the next traffic light. Cross the street and, Kobe Clinic is located the building in front of you.
